Our return to work support is second-to-none. We provide a range of services to help clients to return to work in their previous roles, including:

Worksite Assessments/Job Demands Analysis

An assessment of an individual’s workplace, including a review of the physical and cognitive demands of their previous work role; in addition to discussion and review of any possible alternative roles and return to work planning. This assessment can also include an in-depth discussion with the client's employer to ensure appropriate support can be provided to help them during their return to work,

Ongoing recommendations for return to work support is also included within the report.

Return to Work Planning & Monitoring                                                               

Development of a Graded Return to Work (GRTW) plan in conjunction with the individual and their employer; plus ongoing monitoring and review of return to work plans once commenced through contact with the individual, their employer and Case Manager.

Ergonomic assessment                                                                                      

An assessment of an individual’s workstation with a view to providing recommendations for ergonomic equipment to assist with minimising symptoms and management of their health condition etc. whilst at work.
