We provide a range of case management services including:

Rehabilitation Triage Assessments:

When you're not sure if rehabilitation is required, this brief telephone assessment (and report) will determine the suitability of rehab and confirm the most appropriate form of assessment where required.

Initial Needs Assessment:

To determine an individual client's current medical status, condition and symptoms; this assessment of their biopsychosocial needs following illness or injury will identify any ongoing rehab needs and provide advice regarding return to work planning where appropriate.

Ongoing case management support:

Support to help an individual client to recover from their illness or injury, including facilitation of any identified treatment (either via NHS or private sources), liaison with their existing treating practitioners, and communication with employers, solicitors, insurers and case managers as appropriate.
